Life Long Learning Scale

After taking the life- long learning questionnaire, I’ve found that I am somewhere in the middle on the learning scale. My score of 33 shows that I am a pretty active learner but there is still some ways that I can improve. One way that I could improve my learning would be to connect with experts in my field on either the national or international level to learn more about my area of study. I am very active when it comes to my school work but I could be more active by participating in class and offering my ideas instead of storing them away. I am sure I would learn more about the field by looking at academic journals and different case studies. The only time I look at academic journals right now is when it is required for assignments and doing this on my own time would allow me to learn a lot more about the specific areas that I am interested in. A final step that I should take in becoming a life-long learner would be to develop a list of learning goals. I don’t always look at assignments and see how they will help me in the future I should use these opportunities to set goals for what I want to learn and why I want to achieve those goals.
